Coriander Leaves

Paak Chee

Also known as cilantro or Chinese parsley, coriander has a distinctive taste and aroma. In Thai cuisine, the entire plant is used: the leaves as garnish or in stirfrys and roots as flavouring for soups or ground into a paste to be added curries or to marinades.
