Thai Spicy Pork Stirfry

Pad Prik Khing Moo


  • 454gm pork (finely sliced)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Mai Siam Red?Curry Paste
  • 113g fine beans (cut into half)
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves (finely sliced)
  • Small handful basil leaves
  • 1 tsp Mai Siam Palm Sugar (to taste)
  • Mai Siam Fish Sauce to taste


  • Heat a wok over medium heat and add the oil
  • When oil is hot add the red curry paste and stir fry for a minute
  • The paste will cook and break down in the wok
  • At this stage, add the pork and stir fry for approximately 3 minutes
  • When pork is cooked, add the fine beans and cook for a further minute
  • Add?palm sugar to taste and a little fish sauce if the dish needs a little more salt
  • Last of all, add lime leave and basil leaves just before serving.
