Sweet Chilli Sauce

Since the introduction of the Chilli in the late 16th century, Chilli Dipping Sauce has been used extensively in Thai cuisine to impart sweet, hot, yet gentle flavours. Mai Siam Sweet Chilli Sauce can be added to or served alongside cooked dishes. It is also delicious when used as a dip for prawn crackers, spring rolls or as a condiment with fried chicken.
