Kaffir Lime Leaf

Bai Ma Krut

A thick, shiny leaf that is shaped in a figure of eight, Kaffir leaves impart an aromatic, pungent flavour to the food it is cooked in. Used in Thai and Southeast Asian cuisines, the whole leaf is added to curries for flavour and aroma. Finely shredded it adds a wonderful dimension to fishcake, meatballs and stirfries. Suitable for freezing.
