These dried transparent spring roll wrappers are used to make the Thai version of spring rolls. To regenerate these wrappers, dip in water one at a time, or place on a clean towel and spray with a fine mist of water. In Thailand, spring rolls are filled with minced pork, vegetables and cellophane noodles and deep fried.
